These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Customeeze website, products, and services. By visiting the site, placing an order, uploading content, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or otherwise have legal authority, to use our services and place orders.
Section 02
Customeeze offers customized and non-customized products, including personalized engraved items. Because our products may be handcrafted, customized, or made to order, slight variations in appearance, alignment, finish, brightness, placement, scale, color representation, or other non-material characteristics may occur and do not constitute defects. Product photos, mockups, previews, and descriptions are illustrative and may not perfectly reflect the final product.
Section 03
By submitting any image, text, design, likeness, logo, artwork, or other material, you represent and warrant that you own or control all necessary rights to that content, you have any required permissions from persons depicted, the content does not infringe third-party rights, and the content does not violate applicable law or contain prohibited material. Customeeze may reject any order or submitted content, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
Section 04
All orders are subject to acceptance by Customeeze. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, limit, or modify an order for pricing errors, suspected fraud, file-quality issues, policy concerns, product availability, or operational limitations. All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed before production or shipment unless otherwise agreed by Customeeze. We may correct typographical, pricing, or system errors even after an order is submitted.
Section 05
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that submitted names, dates, spelling, wording, image selections, file quality, and other customization details are accurate and final. Customeeze is not responsible for errors originating from customer-submitted content.
Section 06
Your purchase and use of the website are also governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds, and Limited Warranty, and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. By providing contact information, you agree that Customeeze may send transactional communications and, where permitted, promotional messages. Opting out of marketing does not prevent service, order, legal, or support communications.
Section 07
All site branding, text, graphics, layout, logos, and product presentation are owned by or licensed to Customeeze and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to use the website unlawfully, interfere with site security or operation, upload malicious code, submit infringing or abusive content, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse promotions, discounts, refunds, or support processes.
Section 08
Except as expressly stated in our limited warranty policy or where required by law, Customeeze provides its website, products, and services on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Customeeze's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order, product, or service will not exceed the amount actually paid for the specific affected product or service.
