Section 01

Information We Collect

Customeeze may collect information you provide directly, including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, order details, uploaded photos or designs, customization instructions, and communications sent to us. We may also collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser type, device type, visited pages, referral source, approximate location based on IP, cookie data, and website interaction data.

Section 02

How We Use Information

Collected information may be used to process and fulfill orders, personalize and produce custom products, communicate with customers about production or support, verify transactions, prevent fraud, provide warranty support, improve our website and services, maintain records, and send promotional or transactional communications where permitted by law.

Section 03

Uploaded Content

When you upload images, text, designs, or other customization content, you grant Customeeze permission to use that content only as reasonably necessary to review and prepare your order, produce the customized item, communicate with you about production or quality issues, handle warranty or service inquiries, and maintain internal records for support, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution. Customeeze does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit it.

Section 04

Retention and Deletion

Uploaded images and related customization files may be retained for up to 60 days from order completion, delivery, or last support activity, whichever is later, so we can fulfill orders, handle remakes or corrections, review warranty claims, address service issues, and maintain records for disputes or fraud prevention. After that period, files may be deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course of business unless longer retention is reasonably necessary for legal compliance, chargeback response, dispute resolution, or protection of our rights. Customers should keep their own copies of submitted files.

Section 05

Sharing of Information

Customeeze may share information with trusted third parties only as reasonably necessary to operate the business, including payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers, communication tools, analytics providers, and fraud-prevention or compliance partners. We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or cookie-based tools may still be considered data sharing under certain laws.

Section 06

Cookies, Security, and Children

Our website may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to support functionality, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising or remarketing. You may control some cookie settings through your browser or device settings. We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no system can be guaranteed fully secure. Customeeze's services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate authorization.

Section 07

Your Rights and Contact

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limitation of certain processing involving your personal information. We may need to verify your identity before responding. For privacy questions or requests, contact Customeeze at [email protected] or through custom-eeze.com.
