Overview
Each Customeeze order is prepared with care. Because many items are custom-made and personalized, processing and shipping timelines may vary based on the product, customization requirements, destination, carrier conditions, and seasonal volume.
Section 02
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is successfully received and all customization details have been approved or submitted correctly.
Processing time includes preparation, personalization, inspection, packing, and carrier handoff. It does not include transit time.
Additional processing time may be required if personalization details are incomplete, customer response is delayed, payment review is required, or circumstances outside our control affect fulfillment.

Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods may include free basic ground shipping on eligible orders and paid expedited services where offered at checkout.
Transit estimates begin only after an order has shipped. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a carrier explicitly offers a guaranteed service and that service is purchased where available.
Section 04
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping speeds apply to carrier transit time only. They do not shorten stated processing time unless Customeeze agrees to do so in writing.
Next-day and 2-day services may be limited by cutoff times, destination eligibility, carrier restrictions, and operational conditions. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Section 05
Address Accuracy and Delivery
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Customeeze is not responsible for delays, losses, misdeliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a shipment is returned because of an address error, failed delivery, or refusal by the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply before re-delivery.
Section 06
Risk of Loss and Shipping Delays
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer when Customeeze transfers the order to the shipping carrier.
Customeeze is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs actions, labor disruptions, holidays, incorrect customer information, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers should inspect packages promptly upon delivery and report visible shipping damage as soon as possible.

International Shipping and Contact
International shipping availability, if any, is shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and destination-country requirements where applicable.
